How It All Works
Victory has a special process for maximizing your supply chain operations and reducing your freight costs.
Step 1: Paint the Picture
We begin every engagement by taking it all in. We’ll have you walk us through your supply chain, from inbound through outbound. We’ll also ask for a behind-the-scenes look at your data. This might feel personal (and it is), but for us, it’s how we create a baseline—similar to how a doctor checks your vitals.
Step 2: Develop the Roadmap
Now that we know where you’ve been, we can help you decide where you’re going and what paths will get you there. Our goal is to reduce your costs by a minimum of 10 percent on your current spend, but saving you money is just one piece of our strategy. We identify the areas where you can strengthen your supply chain—and find the hidden treasure.

Step 4: Onboarding
Our teams will get to know each other and then it’s off to the races! We ensure everyone has the information they need to get off to a great start, and then pick a date to flip the switch and set the strategy live.
